RASFF notification of FCM products-February 2017 |

In February 2017, the Rapid Alert
System for Food and Feed(RASFF) of EU have notified 7 cases of Food Contact
Materials (FCM) products, 5 cases of which are originated from China.
The subject
notified are mainly heavy metals
migration from stainless steel, overall migration and formaldehyde migration
from plastic articles. The details
