In January 2021,130 cases of products were notified by EU RAPEX system, of which 61 cases (47%) were originated from China. Detail information about Chinese products notified are as below. I. Category of Products Notified The category and quantity of the products notified are as below:
II. Analysis of the Notification 1) 11 cases of products that do not comply with the requirements of REACH were notified. Following are the detail information and part of examples.
2)12 cases of products that do not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive were notified. Following are the detail information and part of examples.
3) No product that do not comply with regulation on persistent organic pollutants (POP Regulation) was notified. 4) Only one product that does not comply with requirements of RoHS 2 was notified. Following are the detail information.
